There is no one "superior" method, they are all good. Good SEO means building a diverse profile from all types of sources including article directories, social bookmarks, forum profiles, web 2.0, and blogs.

There are so many methods like Article submition, Forum posting, Social bookmarking and blog posting. But in them Forum posting is better then any other so I think Forum posting is the best method to provide great backlinks.

You cant predict which method is good forum submission or blog commenting beacuse both helps in increasing thetraffic.But you can try many other methods such as internet marketing,social bookmarking,article submission etc to increase the traffic as well as page rank faster.

I personally don't think one is better than another. My method is diversity and it works for me like a charm and it looks more natural, focusing on 1 thing and you will be called a spammer, submission programs work ( depending on which 1 you get and is reliable ) but the key for me is to use it the right way and don't blast everything, use a scheduler/drip feed so it can look natural in addition to submitting little by little every day, if you blast to much everyday, sooner or later it will catch up to you and hurt your rankings.

There are many method for backlink like blog submission, forum posting, Article submission, internet marketing, social bookmarking but i think forum posting is the best method for backlink. Forum posting have easy method and it have best for another backlink method. Forum posting create a thread and post to answer regarding to topics.

Forum posting and blog commenting is a best technique of doing social media marketing and also great source for doing SEO, moreover, there are many other ways of doing SEO and providing back links like social book marking, article submission.

I think directory submitting is really powerful. Also, forum posting and bookmarking is also vital.
