just curious to know whats the best amount or method to fly under the radar with manipulating Likes, +1s and other various social sites.

Id like to outsource but before i do id like to know whats a safe level of likes to buy etc.... ?

I think for me I personally like to add 2-300 Google Plus Ones to my sites per month. I am not sure if there really would be a penalty if you were to add these two quickly as these are social media related and of course at times things do go viral.

Worse case scenario I think if you add too many too quickly they just get removed. Too early really to know if there is an "optimal" amount to add.

Yes I am speaking from experience. For me though I don't really look at links from social media as a "Serp Booster", it is more to "add texture" to the overall SEO profile.

Google Plus Ones, Tweets, and Facebook Likes aren't going to get you to page 1 by themselves.
