I don't think say purchasing likes to make your Facebook links stronger.
Pages that have a lot of "real" likes may be strong for other reasons. For example how old they are as well as where people are linking to them from. Even this is still kind of murky.
If you are purchasing Facebook likes for the mere purpose to enhance the strength of links that point back to your money site, to be honest it probably won't do much.

anyway i saw so many sites that selling likes and i saw that people started to use that service so i thought its worth more then most people know
I think most people usually only buy Facebook likes to get their fan pages started. As far as providing any SEO value, it will probably be not worth that much.thanks for the answer and the welcoming

Though it has been thought these days that Google is taking links from Social Media into account with regards to it's algorithm, all these sites like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc. still provide links that are no-follow.
Again though getting back to your point, purchasing Facebook Likes in an attempt to "Juice Up" your fan page is probably a futile cause. They are still cheap to get though and a great way to start promoting your products

Facebook likes don't really count much if they are not from real users or potential customers. The mechanism goes this way: Once a user likes a page, he or she will begin to see the posts from the page admin. Now, if these likes do not really come from the potential customers, they won't matter. For SEO purposes, the number of likes also do not matter. Maybe a little but it is not enough to drive an increase in your traffic.
